As a tax preparer, I often run into clients not having W-2 forms from employers. Usually in less than 5 minutes, I am able to contact the company and have those forms sent via email. I have now spent close to 45 minutes just trying to find a WORKING corporate number for Cheddar's Restaurant. From their website, the only way to contact them is with their web based form and wait for a reply. Since over 45% of Americans either have no internet connection at their disposal, no email address to respond to, or no knowledge of computers AT ALL, Cheddar's Restaurant fails miserably in accepting this fact. This, on its face, is DISCRIMINATION! Considering the types of people who frequent the restaurant chain, the company should be aware of this -- and it appears that they do, by limiting guest complaints to only those with email capability, which is less than 25% of its customer base. I am glad I got food poisoning on my first Cheddars visit and have never had to return. 1293e85

This is the second year in a row where I had to struggle just to get my W-2 from Cheddar's. Last year I even was forced to file an extension. And I called the number you posted and no answer. I am definitely going to file a complaint with the IRS, this is not my job to search for my W-2 which is supposed to have been mailed to me. |

This is crap it should not be this hard to get a w2 I mean it is my information. Last year I didnt recieve my w2 until the end of march. this is crap. GET WITH THE PROGRAM CHEDDARS!
