Didn’t receive gift card

I ordered a Cheddars gift card on amazon and ($100), when I didnt receive it, amazon says to contact Cheddars. I sent a few emails now, and nothing.

Terrible food and service experience

Food come out cold and asked to speak to a manager twice after 20 minutes with no one showing we paid the check and left called in spoke with manager he was supposed to email me a gift card after a week still havent received anything

Complaint

We have tried to go to Cheddars in Hendersonville TN the past few weeks. We have been quoted an hour wait on each visit after waiting at hostess station with nobody there. The hostess was rude and said even thought hardly any customers were in restaurant, they have no help and yall could not accomadate us. We will never ever go back and its awful the company cannot serve their patrons. Side note: Another couple even left when we did and were very upset

Cheese cake

We ordered from the Cheddars in Warner Robins Ga. our food was great, when I got to the cheesecake it tasted old. I tried to call the restaurant and the young lady that answered put me through to the manager and this person did not answer the phone. I did not want anyone to get sick, this was about 9:30 PM. Have not received my gift card

I've heard nothing back from your customer service on my card or a refund on my card that card was for my granddaughter for a Christmas present it should have been here so the status is I'm not happy!!!! I'm a customer I am not happy correct this situation please!!!!

Pissed

Went. To cheddars couldnt get service. Got service order a glass of wine never came. I went to bar & bad been sitting awhile. I ate in bar. We were in cheddars 1 1/2 hrs. By the time we got food it was cold. The worst service & food ever Theresa stimac 12513 walmer Op ks. 66209 We ate at the one in Missouri near hy-vee. What a waste of time & cold food. Horrible service

Rude, hostess, closed bar ( management said couldn't get anyone to come in ). Had to wait for seating at 4:15 ( Again no employee's ). Did it ever occur to them to pay a living wage ? Food was freezer burnt. Apparently you have to call ahead to see if they have any service that day.

Was refused seats 1.5 hours before closing

Refused seats 1.5 hours before closing at Pembroke Pines location. Second time it happened last time they also didn't have half of the menu available

SHES AN EMBARRASSMENT TO YOU COMPANY. WE INCLUDING MT FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NOT BE BACK

Our server Sarah everly needs to be drug tested I believe she was high on methamphetamines and possibly marijuana she was really sporadic about how she handled things tonight she made my daughter feel really uncomfortable and her eyes were everywhere but in her head.

Bad food

Me and my husband ordered a family meal that was $50 bucks and the food was no good so the manager gave us a $35 gift card we order more food using the gift card on another occasion and ribs were so hard you could not Chew them and I took them back to the store and told the manager I was going to complain to cooperate because I gave them a chance to fix the problem and instead of fixing it they made it Worse

Horrible service

Me are regular customers and have never experienced such bad service as we did today. For starters, we didn't get our complimentary croissants, we had to ask for them. Then we waited over 45 minutes without our waitress make it to our table to ask if everything was ok or to even bring our food or a status on our order. I got up to tell her and all she had to say was, well I did put your order in. We walked out because that was not how you treat your customers.

Terrible customer service

We waited 2 hours for a tables. They said they called but we received you phone call. They continuously blamed us for missing call although we never received a call. They were not at all accommodating. Someone asks us did we just want to wait or you want to leave. Another manager than came out and continued to point the blame at our party and on low staffing of the restaurant. Unacceptable. It is not my responsibility that this location has let staffing slip through the cracks. Nor is It my responsibility that there phone call did not go through. I am a general manager of a restaurant myself and understand that challenges as I face them daily. What I do not understand and find unacceptable is the customer service that I received today. They did not want us here. It was very clear that they did not want to accommodate us. Unacceptable. If I ever seen my manager act as this one did, there would be immediate reprimand.
