Food & cleanlinessthen mgmt!
Salad was literally being cut up when entrees arrived, didn’t get one bite. Chicken fried chicken was burnt except exact middle+ broccoli casserole was cold EXCEPT direct middle and completely bland.
Whole casserole was soft and floppy, just awful! Texas toast was a regular sized piece of white bread.. ida still accepted it, but was heavily burnt one one side and white\soft on other side. Sadly the mgr I’m only guessing was mgr on duty:
Looked us in eyes at lest 3Xn, while filling in for our server.
Saw a server wait at service bar so long that he started watching the TV.
Assumed he was lazy until he left to return with mgr to FINALLY make the drink for his poor awaiting table of guests!!!
Feels like from our & obviously others experience’ if Cheddarrs even still cares about doing well or just right by guests\customers then they need to fire the FOH mgr on duty this night OR completely re-train him from beginning. Along with completely returning to basics of food service industry ideas.

The steak was undercooked the ribs were dry and tough so was the steaks they said they were going to replace it they did not do it I'll call him again it's been good time I have pictures of the state
Call the store where I got my steaks from, because they were all cooked incorrectly. In addition, the ribs are dry, and they're somewhat cold.
They assured me they would call me back, but nobody has returned my call yet. I've made four calls to them; the store is located on Chandler Boulevard.
- Need to replace the manager

Good afternoon, my name is Sara. Every year, I reach out to the community and graciously ask if anyone would like to donate to my Halloween candy costs. It can get pretty steep, and this year I haven't even started. If anyone has been to my house in the past, I look forward to seeing you again! Nothing new though, it's been a busy year but no matter what, scares and candy will be in abundance. I currently use my business PayPal which is sargonz703@***.com, or whole bags of candy would be phenomenal if that's preferred.
Additionally, something new, I want to get a feel for an idea of mine. I have several 10x10 canopy tents and was wondering if anyone who loves Halloween but might not get a lot or any of kids would like to take a tent on my street/yard/driveway and make it your own and pass out candy. I don't know if I'll do it this year but am considering making a Facebook group for it next year.

Because I received an order to go and when I got home, I realized that I had the wrong order. I called the store and they said they were going to send me gift cards for the order, but they never did. So, I called the store again and the manager told me to go online because the store is going through a bunch of employment changes and said I would be better off going online to get something done.
Preferred solution: Meal replaced, and extra for having to do all of this to get it fixed

Very bad food couldnt eat it just threw it in the trash!! $32+ wasted the salmon was dry, overcooked very woody like could not chew it whatsoever.
The green beans were frozen very hard and tough rubbery gravy taste like choke their croissants, which were complementary by the way were hard and not fresh at all. The potatoes were decent thats about I like and say Ive given up on this restaurant the last three or four visits have been awful.
- But very disappointed that this visit my food is horrible

The on-site manager seems to have forgotten that the customer is why the restaurant is there. Learning how to do her job, understanding what her job is, and how to interact with customers would be the first of the many steps she needs to learn how to do the job of site management.

We purchased dinner last evening for two my husband and I ordered salmon with green beans and mashed potatoes with white gravy on the side we also received two croissants complementary first of all may I please say the salmon was extremely overcooked and dry very hard to chew very crispy and woody on top our bourbon sauce was so watery with hardly any flavor or white gravy was very watery and thin with a chalk taste are green beans were very tough and hard nearly frozen worst dinner we have ever purchased and we are extremely disappointed. Our last several visits for takeout have been awful. I dont know whats going on with this restaurant but honestly, its a waste of money anymore and I need someone to care and do something about it please the location that we went to is on East 13th thank you very much

I applied at cheddars for a second job I havea full te job but needed extra income. Single mom 3 k8ds. I was told by the manager Alisha that she was a recovering addict and knew an addiction when she seen one..she doesn't hire addicts
I can assure you a 200 pound 5 2 woman is not an addict

We dined in today from 3pm. Out of all the years we have visited this location, we have never received such poor service from our waitress.
It took a long time for her to come to our table to get our drink order. They were not busy at all. When she finally came, we ordered our drinks and food. Someone else brought our appetizer and salads.
We asked that waitress where our drinks and croissants were, she replied she would let our waitress know. After we had finished our appetizer and salads, we still had no drinks or croissants. Our food comes out, once again not by our waitress. Again we asked about our drinks and croissants.
Our waitress finally came out with the croissants saying she was sorry they just came out of the oven, which was a lie, we saw two other tables get their croissants when their waiter came to get their drink order. Our waitress was quick to walk off when we said, 'ma'am, can we get our drinks?' She looked at our table saying, 'I'm sorry, I will get them.' Which seemed to take forever still; we looked up and she was busy talking to another worker, laughing and chatting. Finally, we got our drinks, which we had requested to have lemon in our teas that we did not get, but at this point, I wasn't asking for it because I knew I wasn't going to get that. My father asked for some cocktail sauce, the waitress said sure, I will get that for you, but she never came back with the sauce.
She was too busy laughing and talking in an empty area of tables from us with a couple of other workers. My dad waved to get her attention for her to come over, when she did, my father told her what poor service she was providing and how we have never had this experience before here. The waitress then got mad and her only response was 'excuse me.' My father told her he never did get his cocktail sauce, which she began to argue that he hadn't asked for it. He then requested to speak to the manager who was one of the workers in the area where they had been laughing, talking and not taking care of their customers.
She came over to say that they had a busy lunch. Which is a poor excuse for a manager because they were not busy whatsoever at that time. She treated us like we were in the wrong and never once apologized for the poor service. My dad requested the check at this point.
BUT neither the manager nor our waitress returned to our table; they sent a different waiter. This was very poor customer service, and a sad way for the manager to run the business. It's especially sad when you spend a lot of money there.
We will not be back and do not recommend this restaurant. If I could give a negative 5 for the service, I would.
Preferred solution: Manager and employee remembering customers come first, we are what keeps their business running and their employees paid
